Our Classes
Pole Fundamentals
This is a drop-in class suitable for all experience levels. If you’ve never taken a pole class before, are coming back from a break, or are a seasoned dancer wanting to work on fundamental technique, this class will have something for you. You’ll learn the foundations of pole dance. Spins, sits, climbs, and basic grips form the basis of this class and will prepare you to take on more challenging moves in intermediate and advanced classes. This class provides progressions for all moves, conditioning exercises, and opportunities for freestyle dance.”
Intermediate Pole
This is a drop-in class that is suitable for students looking to start working on inverting, leg holds, and more dynamic spins. In this class you’ll build on skills learned in pole fundamentals, learn progressions towards more advanced skills, and continue learning how to utilize skills in choreo and freestyle. Students will work on developing skills on both static and spin pole.
Advanced Pole
This is a drop in class appropriate for students who feel comfortable inverting and combo-ing at least three moves.
Heels Choreography
We offer a variety of drop in choreography classes. In these classes you’ll learn choreography for pole heels. You’ll spend time learning more artistic pole elements and learn a routine to music. If you don’t yet have a pair of heels, and are curious about the class, you are welcome to come and the instructor will offer modified choreography for bare feet or socks
Fitness Classes
We have a variety of drop-in fitness classes ranging from pre-hab, stretch, pilates, and barre. Our qualified instructors have designed these classes to provide you with a fun and challenging work out that will help you achieve your fitness goals.
