I’ve never taken a pole class before, where do I start?

Pole Fundamentals, Beginner heels choreo, and any of our fitness classes are entirely beginner-friendly. If you’ve never taken a pole class before you can confidently sign up for any of these without worry. Our instructors will be happy to guide you through learning the fundamentals.

What should I wear?

Whatever you’re comfortable working out in! We are an inclusive space that wants you to move and dance in whatever way feels best for you. Many students find close-fitting shorts and a tank top a good option. When learning more intermediate and advanced moves you may find it more comfortable to be in shorts for better skin contact with the pole, but our instructors are happy to discuss options if you have other preferences.

How do I find your studio?

Our doors are located between Dominos and Service Ontario. You can proceed to the second floor up the staircase or elevator. After reaching the second floor, turn left down the long hallway. Go through the doorway and continue down the hallway to unit 205 on your left. Come on in and get ready to dance with us!
